This access is the implementation of a decision of the Synod of Rectors (82nd Synod of Rectors\/15.10.2016 and 83rd Synod of Rectors\/6\/2\/17), where the Greek Academic Libraries Association (SEAB) was assigned the process of supplying anti-plagiarism software for the Higher Institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.turnitin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Turnitin<\/strong><\/a> is software used by over 15,000 educational institutions, involving 1.6 million instructors and 26 million students worldwide. The extensive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turnitin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Turnitin<\/strong><\/a> database, against which a student's work is compared,
